MAINTENANCE In order to extend the warranty it is recommended to have annual maintenance done by the manufacturer. This includes replacement of spare parts, verification of the mechanism, inspecting the anchor plate, and testing of the remote control.
Crane Equipment offers preventive maintenance and repair service. Each item has a serial number to ensure quality monitoring. Each sling release received for maintenance will be marked and tested according to OSHA 1926.251 (a) (4) and ASME b30.20. Gotcha has European Conformity (CE). Our quality process ensures that every item returned is inspected according to these standards.
